On October 19, 2011 Szczecin and Swinoujscie Seaports Authority – as the first Polish port that operates ports of fundamental importance for the national economy - has been awarded quality management and environmental management certificates, ISO 9001:2008 and 14001:2004. Awarded certificates confirm the high level of our services, customer care, and steps undertaken for the continuous improvement. Providing maximum satisfaction to our customers is a central goal to improve the implementation of IMS in the Company.
