On March 26, 2024, the Supervisory Board of ZMPSiŚ S.A. appointed:

Mr. Krzysztof Sadowski for the position of Vice-President for Infrastructure of the company "Zarząd Morskich Portów Szczecin i Świnoujście S.A.", for the 8th joint term of office of the Management Board, starting from April 8, 2024.

Mr. Arnold Perepeczo for the position of Vice-President for Economic and Financial Affairs of the company "Zarząd Morskich Portów Szczecin i Świnoujście S.A.", for the period of the 8th joint term of office of the Management Board, starting from April 19, 2024. (Monika Woźniak-Lewandowska)
