The primary objective of the Quality Policy pursued by the Work Environment Research Laboratory is to meet customer satisfaction by providing high quality services.

In order to ensure the integrity, credibility and objectivity of the research, the Laboratory applies the principles of good professional practice and maintains a management system meeting the requirements of PN-EN ISO / IEC 17025:2005 standard, which is described in the Quality Manual, Procedures and Instructions.

The research, which is carried out in the Laboratory, is always performed in accordance with established methods and customer requirements while meeting the existing statutory and regulatory requirements. The staff ensures high quality, is impartial, independent, free from financial pressures from the customer and other parties, consciously applying in their work the principles resulting from the documentation on the quality and the quality policy.

Laboratory is constantly taking steps to improve the management system and competence, provided that the system integrity is not compromised during the planning and implementation of changes.

The quality policy is implemented through:

• employment of adequate number of skilled workers needed to perform tasks in the Laboratory,
• continuous improvement of staff qualifications through systematic training,
• use of appropriate measuring and research equipment, subject to calibration, verification and maintenance in accordance with established procedures ensuring that they remain in good condition,
• conducting regular internal audits and management reviews to validate agreed requirements,
• taking the necessary corrective and preventive actions,
• participation in proficiency testing and inter-laboratory comparisons,
• use of the results obtained during the quality control to control he research quality,
• the establishment and improvement of processes to communicate with customers and within the laboratory.

Objectives of management:

• maintaining the quality system complying with the requirements of PN-EN-ISO/IEC 17025:2005 standard,
• satisfying customer needs while maintaining all of his rights, in particular confidentiality,
• keeping current customers and attracting new ones,
• providing customers with only reliable and valid research results,
• protecting the equipment necessary to perform the approved scope of research,
• not performing research by using methods that do not guarantee the reliability of results,
• continuous improvement of management system and competence in the field of technical activities.

As the President of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, I declare that I will do my best so that the above quality policy will be fully implemented, and the management system functioning in the Laboratory will comply with the requirements of PN-EN ISO / IEC 17025:2005 standard and will be continuously improved.
